INTEGRATED QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENT POLICY

RALVA S.A. declares its commitment to quality, environmental protection and prevention of occupational risk and their willingness to continuous improvement at all levels and therefore the Customer Satisfaction.

To achieve this objective RALVA, SA,  is committed to:
 

• Communicate to all employees the importance of satisfying customer requirements as well as legal and regulatory;

• Document, implement and make public its integrated policy for quality, environment and occupational risk prevention, and to revise it annually for appropriateness.
 

 • Ensure availability of resources

• Conduct reviews of integrated management system annually to ensure that targets are set and test their effectiveness

• Prevent and minimize possible risks at work to ensure the safety and welfare of their workers.

• Appoint a System Manager, with authority for the development, implementation and maintenance of Integrated Management System.

• Implant, review and improve an Integrated Management System to observe the requirements established by the Quality Management Regulation UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2008 and Environment Management Regulation UNE-EN-ISO ISO 14001:2004 , adapting these regulations to our activity of paints manufacture and to our client's requirements.
